Happy Groundhog's Day!  Punxsutawney Phil saw his shadow today so that means six more weeks of winter.  I am not sure whether I should be excited about this or not.  On one hand it means there is an opportunity to make more snowmen but on the other hand I am ready to start riding my bike again. 

Week #2 and I am still wearing my thumb guard.  It's all my initiative this time.  Maybe I will be able to kick my thumb sucking habit.  This time I think that I am really ready.

I went to a paint your own pottery place with my girls this week.  I picked out a princess Jasmine to paint.  I am getting much better with my brush control and she turned out very pretty.  The pottery lady sprayed some glitter on her when she was dry and she sparkles just like a princess should.

Mommy was going through my larger clothes and she found my hat from Turkey that Pinar gave to me.  It finally fits and it looks really cute (in my opinion).  It has fun beads on it too but you can't see them in the picture.

I wanted to paint my nails this week and Mommy said that I couldn't because I suck my thumb.  I told her that I would put my thumb guard on if she painted them.  So she did.  I now have beautiful blue nails.  :-)

This was a great week for fun with friends.  I actually had a play date with a friend everyday this week, including the weekend days too.  Rarely does this happen.  This probably means that next week won't be as busy and I'll be bored.

I really enjoy playing board games.  I got a few new ones for the holidays that I have been playing.  I think that Mommy likes us having some variety.  I know that she always tries to steer us away from Elefun when we choose it.  Ian really likes that game a lot.

No photo this week.  I think that Mommy was on vacation camera-wise.  What can I say, it happens.  I think that I will also take the week off.  Nothing more to say on that.

It's 2009.  Where does the time go?  It seems like just yesterday I was a baby and now I am nearly 4 1/2.  As you know 4 1/2 girls can do just about anything.  One of my favorite things to do is play video games on the computer.  Clearly, my gaming gene comes from Daddy.  Anyway, I have my own login on Mommy's computer.  My icon is a My Little Pony (I also have a MLP desktop but I digress).  I know how to log on to my area and click the shortcut on my desktop to launch the browser that takes me directly to the Nickjr game site.  Once I am there I rock the site.  I play all different types of games.  Mouse based, keyboard based all with little to no help.  Mommy knows how much I love it and when I get in trouble - yes I can hear your gasps "not our sweet Rachel in trouble!"  Well, when Ian gets me into in trouble (you know how little brothers can be) my video games are suspended. 

I spent a fun New Years with Cassie and Daniel.  I got to count down with Dick Clark and Ryan Seacrest (11:00 our time).  Ian, Daniel and I blew our noise makers and everybody kissed.  Anyway, we went home shortly after that and I was in bed before 11:30.
