Hooray!  I am officially 4 1/2!  As much as I wanted to have a party to celebrate, that didn't happen.  Oh well, it still feels good to be 4 1/2.

What a fun super busy birthday weekend.  Happy Birthday to Mommy, Sophie and Emily.  I had two friend parties on the same day which also was on Mommy's day.  Mommy's party didn't really happen as she was sick all day but my friend parties were a blast.  I painted pottery at the first and went to the pool for the second.  Soon I'll be 4 1/2 and I will need to update the shirt that I am wearing to reflect my "true" age.

I went to kindergarten round up this week.  I got to visit my school and do an activity in the classroom with the kindergarten teacher without Mommy being there.  I am REALLY excited that I will be going to kindergarten the next school year.

On the thumb sucking front you'll all be happy to know that I've kicked the habit.  I am done - completely finished and all before I turn 4 1/2.  Mommy, Daddy and I are SO proud.  I can't wait to tell the dentist.  He's going to be especially glad to hear the good news.

It's week #3 and still no thumb.  I am on a roll here.  I am almost a 4 1/2 girl so it's important for me to try.  I think that I am close to being done.

I started taking gymnastics again after a short break.  It's really fun.  I have some good friends in my class which is nice too.  I really enjoy doing the tumbling and jumping.  Plus Mommy got me a new cute leotard that is just for gymnastics not for ballet.  I can only wear pink for ballet and this one is black with jewels on it so there won't be any confusion.
